Toba Minato Matsuri Festival (Toba)/ (held annually on the fourth Friday in July):

It is a festival to brighten up the sky and the Gulf of Toba with fireworks. Reflection of fireworks and the light of sightseeing boats on the water displays a fantastic scenery. The festival includes events such as Japanese drum performance, local dance, and various food wagons to be enjoyed.

Fire works The Minato Festival starts at 6:00 PM. The fireworks is held between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
