Hachiman Matsuri Festival (Toshi/Wagu)/ (the date of the Hachiman festival changes annually, according the old-style Japanese calendar):

This is festival praying for a safe and bountiful fishing season. As the main event, several men shoot arrows three times, two arrows each time, towards arrow.

Place The Hachiman Festival is held in both the Toshi district and Wagu district within Toshi-cho.
Access About 30 min. from Toba Marine Terminal by City operated boat liner. Disembark at "Wagu".
